Sink or Swim

I didn't catch most of the Friday night massacre against Detroit, but it sounds like I could have watched just about any San Jose at Detroit tape and seen the same thing.

Saturday, I watched the Columbus game at Sharks Ice. The effort was thoroughly disappointing in a very winnable game.

I refuse to read too much into it, however. Back-to-back road games, less than 24 hours apart, against non-division opponents don't rile me up too much.

Tonight starts a stretch of 12 consecutive division games, and tonight the losses start becoming unacceptable. The Sharks have been treading water; now it's time to sink or swim.
